Auto Pay: Register for Auto Pay and Paperless billing through the Go Kinetic Portal (www.windstream.com/gokinetic) or by calling a service representative at 877-807-9463. Failure to register waives credit for those 2 additional months. Once registered, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for the additional credits to appear.
Kinetic Secure: Kinetic Secure for $0/mo. for 3 months; customer will see a charge for $14.99/mo. together with an offsetting credit in the same amount, may take a full bill cycle before first credit appears. Must be a new Kinetic customer (i.e., you have not received Kinetic service within the past 30 days) to qualify. After 3 months, the standard Kinetic rate of Kinetic Secure applies of $14.99/mo. Customer is responsible for payment of applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges, as these are not included in promotional or standard rates.
Kinetic Internet: Kinetic cannot guarantee upload or download speeds or uninterrupted, error-free service. Speed availability, capabilities, and provisioning vary depending on network and terrain conditions, Internet, website, or network congestion, and customer location.
Equipment: Monthly equipment fees may apply. Kinetic-provided modems are capable of in-home wireless networking but connected devices may experience speeds slower than advertised or referenced in your Internet plan. Modem equipment must be returned upon termination, and if not, Windstream reserves the right to charge for the modem or a $100 fee.
Installation/Activation: An Internet Activation fee may apply. Professional Installation may be covered under this fee.
Multitenant Property: If you are a tenant in a multitenant property, Kinetic by Windstream may have the right to exclusively market its communications services to you and other tenants in your multitenant property. This right does not mean that Kinetic is the only communications service provider available, and service from an alternative provider may be available.
99.9% Network Reliability: Kinetic Network Reliability based upon 2022 average monthly service availability scores as measured by the Windstream Network Operations Center using the formula Available Customer Hours divided by Total Customer Hours (Available Customer Hours plus Customer Outage Hours).
